Columbus, Ohio. SparkEvolve a fractional COO/Integrator company, welcomes Bridgett Simmerman as a Principal. Bridgett was previously employed by Nationwide Insurance and brings over 30 years’ experience to SparkEvolve.

SparkEvolve began to look for a Principal to add to the firm when continued growth presented an opportunity to bring on another member of the team. The company has continued to grow in the greater central Ohio market over the past twelve months.
“Bridgett’s experiences spanning small business through Fortune 100 companies will provide valuable insights to our Fractional COO clients, who are looking for an experienced advisor to help guide and lead operations” said Heyer-Jones.
Bridgett received a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Ohio University. She has extensive experience across leadership, streamlining business processes, project, process and change management help her deliver results.

Bridgett resides in Westerville, Ohio with her husband. In her spare time she enjoys reading and traveling, she especially loves being a new grandma to Luca.
