Jeff Heyer-Jones
President
Jeff founded SparkEvolve in 2019 to bring Fractional COO/Integrator and consulting to small and mid-size business. Jeff brings 20+ years experience to SparkEvolve. Prior to SparkEvolve Jeff held roles across small business and Fortune 100 companies with experience across operations, sales, finance, legal, and project & program management.
Jeff holds a Masters in Business Administration, and is a practicing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Jeff and his wife Andrea live in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio with their two children Jacob & Allison.

Bridgett Simmerman
PRincipal
Bridgett joined SparkEvolve in 2022 as a Principal. She helps clients mature and grow their business by providing clear areas of focus around vision, leadership, collaboration, and execution. Bridgett’s always loved serving people and takes pride in building strong working relationships. Prior to joining SparkEvolve Bridgett has extensive experience from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
Bridgett holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Ohio University. Bridgett lives in Westerville, Ohio with her husband Bobby, a 4th-grade teacher. They have two adult children, Andrew and Alyssa. Alyssa currently attends nursing school, and Andrew and his wife Michaelia, are busy taking care of their new baby, Luca.
